Materials & Care
Every SmokeySmokey case is made to order using additive manufacturing. Each piece is built up in fine layers, so a light layer texture on the surface is normal and expected. Small variations in color tone, seam placement and surface finish between units are a characteristic of the process, not a defect.
Made from rigid thermoplastic (PETG). Not heat resistant. Keep away from open flame, lit cigarettes, hot car interiors and direct heat sources. Not intended for food contact. Not a fire-safe container.
Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Skip solvents, dishwashers and boiling water — they'll haze or deform the surface.

Questions
How fast does it ship?
We hand orders to the carrier within 1–2 business days. If a busy stretch pushes that back, we email you the new ship date and you can cancel for a full refund — no action needed if you're happy to wait. Full detail on the Shipping Policy.
What if it breaks?
Manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days from delivery — cracking, splitting, layer separation, closure failure, warping on arrival. Email photos and your order number and we'll replace or refund it. Drops, heat damage and normal wear aren't covered. Full terms on the Limited Warranty.
Is it smell-proof?
No. It's a rigid case, not an airtight seal — we're not going to tell you otherwise. It keeps things contained and protected, but it isn't odor-proof.
Why does the surface have a fine texture?
Because each piece is built up in fine layers using additive manufacturing. That light layer texture, the seam placement and small color variation between units are characteristics of the process, not defects — see Materials & Care above.
