Additive Solutions LLC warrants each SmokeySmokey product against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery.
How our products are made
Every SmokeySmokey case is made to order using additive manufacturing. Each piece is built up in fine layers, so a light layer texture on the surface is normal and expected. Small variations in color tone, seam placement and surface finish between units are a characteristic of the process, not a defect.
What is covered
- Layer delamination or separation under normal use
- Cracking, splitting or structural failure not caused by impact, heat or misuse
- Hinge, lid or closure failure under normal use
- Warping present on arrival
- Missing or malformed features compared with the product as sold
What is not covered
- Visible layer texture, seam lines, minor color variation and minor surface imperfection — see Materials & Care on any product page
- Heat deformation, flame or burn damage
- Drop, crush or impact damage
- Normal wear, scuffing or discoloration from use
- Modification, sanding, painting or attempted repair
- Use other than as intended
How to make a claim
Email getcliprex@outlook.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We review the submitted photos against the criteria above. If the claim is covered, the remedy is replacement or refund, at our option. If a return is required, we will provide return shipping instructions.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
