Every SmokeySmokey case is made to order. Because of that, we do not accept returns for change of mind, fit or preference.
Final sale
All sales are final except as covered by the Limited Warranty. We do not accept returns or offer refunds because you changed your mind, because it did not fit what you hoped it would, or because you preferred a different color.
What is always covered, separately from the warranty
If we send the wrong item, miss an item, or your order is damaged in transit, that is on us. We will replace or refund it at our cost. This is not gated behind the warranty claim process.
