All orders ship from the United States. Orders are made to order in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Dispatch time
We hand orders to the carrier within 1–2 business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
If we are running behind
Occasionally a high-volume period pushes us past that window. If your order has not shipped by its dispatch-by date, we will email you with a revised ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund. No action is needed if you are happy to wait for the new date.
Transit
Transit time after dispatch depends on the carrier and destination and is not included in the 1–2 business day dispatch window.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $35, calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax. This applies to all US destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Wrong, missing or damaged
If an order arrives wrong, incomplete, or damaged in transit, we replace or refund it at our cost. Email us within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and photos.
