Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we ship the item. Until then we may decline or cancel any order, in which case you are not charged, or are refunded in full.

Pricing and errors

We try to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor the error.

Returns and warranty

Purchases are final sale except as set out in our Return Policy and Limited Warranty.

Product safety

Our products are made from rigid thermoplastic and are not heat resistant. They are not intended for food contact and are not fire-safe containers. Keep them away from open flame, lit cigarettes, hot car interiors and direct heat.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Additive Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
